Unfortunately, it is now going to the Court of Appeals, where I think 13 of the judges are Republicans and only 3 are Democrats. These jerks will vote party line and ignore the will of the voters. The bypass didn't happen because 4 of the NC Supreme Court Justices want Griffin in no matter how illegally.
